Take advantage of the new website we’ve developed
www.christianvolunteering.org. It connects high-quality
Christian volunteers with Christian service organizations and
churches in order to transform vulnerable communities. Our goal is
to place over 10,000 volunteers in thousands of ministries in the
next few years. Organizations just list their volunteer
opportunities on the website then volunteers can find opportunities
when they search by zip code.
To register for an organization account:
1) Go to www.christianvolunteering.org
2) In the yellow organization box click "Register to Recruit
Volunteers." You will be asked for your ChristianVolunteering.org
login (this is different than your TechMission login). If you don't
have one, click "register here" on the login page. You will be led
through creating a personal account.
3) Now, on the right hand side under organizations click "create
account" to register your organization. Fill out the forms as
prompted.
4) You will be brought to a page that says "manage organization." On
the bottom of the page you can click "add opportunity" to register
your volunteer opportunities.
5) When listing your opportunity, you can choose whether to
categorize it as local, virtual, both or short-term.
6) Wait for volunteers to contact you!
